The Gem of Subtle Green Elegance

Prasiolite, sometimes known as Green Amethyst, is a rare and graceful member of the quartz family, admired for its soft green hue and gentle, luminous clarity.
Its name comes from the Greek “prason,” meaning leek-green, perfectly describing its refreshing, natural colour — a shade that feels calm, pure, and sophisticated.

Most natural prasiolite is extremely rare; its distinctive green tone is often created when specific amethyst crystals are gently heated under controlled conditions — a process that reveals the gem’s hidden green heart.

As a gemcutter and gemmologist, I select each prasiolite for its clarity and tone, cutting it to maximize brilliance and highlight its unique balance of cool light and soft warmth.
The result is a gem that feels modern yet timeless — a quiet elegance in crystal form.
